Synthesis And Biological Evalvation Of Some Novel Derivatives Of 1,2,4 -Triazole-Pyridine

In my research work different novel derivatives are synthesized by pyridine 3-carboxylic acid converted into pyridine 3– carbonyl chloride which is treated with hydrazide and made cyclization by carbon di sulphide and potassium hydroxide this reactant mixture treated with ammonia solution to gives 5-(pyridine-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-Triazole-3-thiol it was reacted with chloroacetyl chloride and again hydrazine hydrate yield title compound to this various substituted aromatic aldehydes treated gives derivatives of {[5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]sulfanyl}acetyl chloride (MPSM-VA-VG). The characterization of synthesized compounds was identified on the basis of IR, 1HNMR, Mass spectroscopy. The compounds have been evaluated for antimicrobial activity by cup plate method MPSM-VC and MPSM-VE shows significant antimicrobial activity.
